Gespräch zum neusten Buch des amerikanisch-nigerianischen Autors Teju Cole, das jetzt auf Deutsch erscheint. Cole taucht in «Tremor» tief in die Kolonialgeschichte der USA ein und untersucht mit literarischen Mitteln, wie diese bis heute ihre Spuren hinterlässt.

Auf Englisch. Hybrid Project Space is hosting a series of interactive discussions as part of the exhibition "When We See Us". At a specially designed table setting, participants will discuss topics such as visibility and (self-)perspectives together with invited co-hosts as part of a unique lunch experience. The questions and the dishes that chef Olivier Bur serves to complement the discussion topics are intended to encourage reflection and exchange. Co-hosts at the table for the three events will be Marilyn Umurungi, Mohamed Almusibli, Ann Mbuti, Yuvviki Dioh and Walesca Frank. Studio Gegenwart reopens to the public at 2.30 pm. introduced by a music performance by Tracy September.
