For the closing event, the Helen Frankenthaler exhibition will be transformed into an immersive sound space: Drawing inspiration from Helen Frankenthaler’s paintings, media artist Janiv Oron has created a spatial composition that does not merely illustrate her paintings but allows visitors to experience them in a new way.

The focus is on the creative translation of color, form, and atmosphere into sound through nine experimental sound islands created specifically for the exhibition. This gives rise to new connections and perspectives.

Musical fragments resonate from various areas of the exhibition. They intensify, disperse throughout the space, and resonate with one another. Sound, architecture, and light become part of a shared composition.

The result is a multi-layered auditory experience that invites visitors to perceive Helen Frankenthaler’s works with their ears as well as with their eyes.
