Please show the residence permit with the status S (in need of protection), N (asylum seekers), F (provisionally admitted) or B (with the addition "refugee status") at the cash desk. People from Ukraine who do not have an "S permit" will be admitted free of charge with an identity card or proof that they have lived in Ukraine.

The Kunstmuseum Basel consists of three venues in the heart of Basel: Hauptbau and Neubau are located on St. Alban-Graben in the city center; the Kunstmuseum Basel | Gegenwart on St. Alban-Rheinweg is a ten-minute walk away.

The exhibition rooms of the Kunstmuseum Basel are wheelchair accessible.

Accessibility of entrances:
Hauptbau: The entrance next to the revolving door can be opened by people in wheelchairs themselves. The supervisory staff at the ticket control will also be happy to help you.
Neubau: There is a button to open the door on the right next to the entrance door.
Gegenwart: The entrance door must be pulled briefly to open it automatically.
